1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Comfort Zone HVAC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Comfort Zone HVAC provides home improvement and contracting services including but not limited to remodeling, painting, roofing, flooring, and general contracting. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes to the scope of work requested by the client
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during the project
• Material price fluctuations
• Additional permits or inspections required by local authorities

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved by the client before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in your project agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.

5. Project Timeline

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or changes requested by the client. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

6. Warranties

Comfort Zone HVAC stands behind our craftsmanship and offers warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided with your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area, ensure the safety of personal property not involved in the project, and communicate any concerns promptly. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comfort Zone HVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project. Any deposits for materials already purchased or work already completed are non-refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services were performed.

11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
